Can I do the online continuing medical education and have it count as category 1a/b (as stated for the CMEs listed) without being a member of the AOA?

Yes, you can.  American Osteopathic Association (AOA) continuing medical education is needed for AOA Board certification.  Board certification no longer requires AOA membership.  Earning CME credit is not tied to AOA membership.
