Paul Levy, DO, FACOS

Paul M. Levy, DO, FACOS is board-certified in General Surgery. He is a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons. He graduated from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2008. He completed his surgery residency at Grandview Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. He is affiliated with Kettering Health in Dayton, Ohio.
