Evaluation Process for Buildings and Individuals with Suspected Mold Exposure


During this session, the speaker will define patient and structure history; remediation of structure and treatment for the exposed patient.

Objectives:
1. Describe available testing for buildings and individuals that are contaminated by exposure to mold
2. Interpret available tests for mold contamination and the relationship to multiple health problems
3. Improve patient outcomes by specific diagnosis.

Statement of Accreditation
The Texas Osteopathic Medical Association (TOMA) is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians. TOMA designates is program for a maximum of 1 AOA Category 1-A credits and will report CME credits commensurate with the extent of the physician’s participation in this activity.

Alfred Johnson, DO

Dr. Alfred Johnson received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine at the University of Health Sciences Center in Kansas City, Missouri.  He then completed a rotating internship at Oklahoma Osteopathic Hospital in Tulsa, OK, followed by an internal medicine residency at Southeastern Medical Center in North Miami Beach, FL.

Dr. Johnson discloses that he has no relevant financial relationships with any organization producing, marketing, reselling, or distributing health care goods or services consumed by, or used on, patients relative to the content of this presentation.
