Supplement For Metabolic Health and Aging - Fulcrum or Lesion?

Learning Objectives:

  • Review Hallmarks of Aging
  • Connect metabolic health to chronic disease and aging
  • Review Biomarkers of metabolic health
  • Discuss which supplements may have some utility as part of a treatment plan:
    Alpha Lipoic Acid, Berberine, Curcumin, Creatine, Resveratrol, Cinnamon
  • Review Cases where supplements used as fulcrum to find Health or part of lesion

This session is accredited for a maximum of 1.0 AOA Category 1-A credits. Credits commensurate with participation in the session will be awarded.
