Michael Dietz, DO

Michael Dietz has been a practicing family physician for over 30 years and incorporated an integrated behavioral specialist into the office for the last 5 years. He is also a FM residency program director.

His primary interests include hiking, gardening, and spending time with his wife and two sons.

Ciara Incorvati, PsyD

Ciara Incorvati is a Postdoctoral Fellow in Clinical Psychology for Behavioral Health Consultant. She attended Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH and completed residency IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital Family Residency.

Michael Bruner, PsyD

Michael Bruner is the Director of Behavioral Health at HealthSource of Ohio, providing clinical care while also leading implementation of the PCBH model across the organization.

His predoctoral internship at Cherokee Health Systems in Knoxville, TN, and post-doctoral fellowship at the Cincinnati VAMC, were heavily focused on integrated behavioral health in both primary and specialty care settings.
