Sherisa G. Warren, DO, RPVI, is originally from Stinking Creek, Kentucky. Dr. Warren earned her doctor of osteopathic medicine degree from the University of Pikeville Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine. After graduating, she completed a residency in general surgery at Garden City Hospital in Michigan. Upon finishing her residency, Dr. Warren participated in two fellowships. Her first fellowship was in general vascular surgery at Maclaren Macomb Hospital in Mt. Clemens, Michigan; her second fellowship was in general and endovascular surgery at Arizona Heart Institute and Hospital in Phoenix. From there, she began practicing at Abrazo Arizona Heart Institute, a world-renowned destination for heart and vascular care. Dr. Warren treats all aspects of vascular disease, and has particular interest in the minimally invasive endovascular treatment of peripheral arterial disease (PAD).

Blake Parsons, DO, an Ardmore native, earned his Doctor of Osteopathy degree from the University of North Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth, Texas. He then completed his residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center in Oklahoma City and his Fellowship at the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Board certified in vascular and interventional radiology, Dr. Parsons is concrete in Oklahoma and practices with Drs. Smith and Melton at the Cardiovascular Health Clinic, Advanced Interventional Radiology Solutions.

Robert J. Wittrock, DO, FAAP, is a Pediatrician in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was raised in Edmond, OK. He went to OSU for undergrad and for medical school. He did his pediatric residency at UAMS in Little Rock, AR. After residency, he and his family moved back to Tulsa where he has been practicing for the past 5 years at Ascension - St. John Clinic: Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine. He is proud of his two children, Kevin (5.5 years old) and Anne (18 months old), and his wife Jamie, who is a speech pathologist for St. Francis Hospital.

Patrick Cody, DO, MPH, FACOEP, is a board certified emergency physician practicing within the Norman Regional Health System.  He is the founding program director for the Emergency Medicine Residency Program in Norman.  Additionally, he is the Medical Director for EMSStat ambulance service, the Cities of Norman, Moore and Noble Fire Departments, the Cities of Norman, Moore and Shawnee Communications Center, LifeNet EMS in Stillwater, Oklahoma, McClain-Grady County EMS and the Gomer Jones Cardiac Care Clinic inside the University of Oklahoma Gaylord Family Stadium. He serves as the co-medical director for REACT EMS in Shawnee, Oklahoma, and is the team physician for the Norman Police Department SWAT team.

Glennda D. Tiller, DO, MEd, is from Oklahoma City, OK.  She was born and raised there graduating from Putnam City North High School.  She then attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and a Master of Education in Health Science and Microbiology.  She then went on achieve her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating in 2017.  While at OSU-COM she was an OMM teaching assistant, Stress management leader, President of the ACOP student club and secretary of the AMWA student club.  After graduation she began her Family Medicine Residency at OSU in the OMECO program which she completed in June of 2020.  In residency, she was involved in the ACOFP Task Force on Teen Sexual Health, was a resident member of the OMECO resident council, went on to be the resident chair of the council and was one of the resident representatives for the OSU/OMECO GMEC. During her PGY-3 year, she was chief resident of the OMECO program with the primary responsibility for planning and coordinating the OSU and OMECO Family Medicine academic programming for the 2019-2020 academic year.  She then went on to join the faculty of the OSU Family Medicine program as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Family Medicine in July 2020.  She is married to her wonderful wife, Autumn, and together they have one 3-year-old son Dev.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, grilling and reading historical fiction.
