The Ohio Osteopathic Foundation (OOF) is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians. The OOF designates this activity for a maximum of 1.50 AOA Category 1-A credits and will report CME and specialty credits commensurate with the extent of the physician’s participation in this activity.
The 2025 Ohio Osteopathic Symposium is designed to comply with Uniform Guidelines for Accrediting Agencies of Continuing Medical Education. Questions or complaints concerning the program should be submitted in writing and directed to the Executive Director. All grievances will receive an initial written response within 30 days of receipt. Daniel Krajcik is a family physician at the Cleveland Clinic where he practices full-spectrum primary care. He completed his undergraduate medical education at The Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine and obtained a Master of Business Administration during this time.
He is Core Faculty at the Cleveland Clinic Family Medicine Residency where he helps coordinate the osteopathic and business curricula.
Kristin Oaks is a veteran of the U.S. Navy. She is a graduate of The Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine and has over 19 years of experience in clinical leadership with a systems-based healthcare approach.
Sean Johnson is a Family Medicine physician board certified in Family Medicine and OMT. He graduated from the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine, Carolinas Campus and completed his Family Medicine residency at Grandview Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio.
He is the recipient of the Outstanding Family Medicine award from Ohio University and was recently featured in US News and World Report from the American Osteopathic Foundation with the State Emerging Leader Award.
