Where’s Waldo? Staying abreast of current radiologic screening exams. Was first presented at the Kansas Association of Osteopathic Medicine Annual Conference 2023. This program is now made available on-demand, follows Michael Morrow, DO as he discuss up to date radiologic screening and imaging.  

Learning Objectives:

  1. Overview of breast imaging.
  2. Review the most common radiologic screening exams.
  3. Know indications for different radiologic screening.
  4. Be familiar with and understand current screening guidelines.
  5. Become knowledgeable on risk/benefits of screening exams.
  6. Be aware of local resources and screening programs.

Accreditation Statement:

KAOM is an accredited sponsor by the American Osteopathic Association for osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians. KAOM designates this program for a maximum of 1 AOA Category 1-A CME credits and will report CME and specialty credits commensurate with the physician’s participation.

Michael Morrow, DO, Associate Professor/ Clinical Associate-Radiology, Kansas College of Osteopathic Medicine/ Kansas Health Science Center

Michael Morrow, DO, graduated from the Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in 2003. Currently Morrow is active in several different appointments. He is a part of the Kansas Imaging Consultants where he specializes in Diagnostic Radiology with a focus on breast imaging. Morrow is also a member of the clinical faculty for radiology at the Kansas College of Osteopathic Medicine where he helps create curricula.
