Objectives:
1. Identify clinical characteristics that should be considered when individualizing an A1c target for older adults
2. Discuss ways to mitigate the risk of hypoglycemia in older adults with diabetes
3. Describe a systematic approach to simplify complex insulin therapy in adults
This session is accredited for a maximum of 1.0 AOA Category 1-A credits. Credits commensurate with participation in the session will be awarded.
