Clinical Informatics is the application of information science, clinical knowledge, and technology to continuously improve healthcare systems, services, and outcomes.  Physicians and other clinicians play a vital role in this process and this presentation outlines what those roles are and provides attendees with a framework for how to affect positive change in their office or organization.
