Objectives -- Following this lecture participants will be able to:
1. Explain the distinctions and overlap between board of licensure matters, medical liability matters, and other common medical legal matters they may encounter in their medical practices.
2. Demonstrate awareness of how to appropriately respond to board of licensure matters, medical liability matters, and other common medical legal matters they may encounter in their medical practices.
This session is accredited for a maximum of 1.0 AOA Category 1-A credits. Credits commensurate with participation in the session will be awarded.
