Objectives:
1. Following this lecture, participants will be able to: recognize the appropriate history, physical, and investigations to establish the diagnosis of HF
2. utilize a systematic approach to establishing the diagnosis of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF), recognize unique features of HFpEF, and distinguish it from mimics.
3. initiate guideline-directed therapies to manage HFpEF and regonize who may require cardiology or heart failure specialty care
This session is accredited for a maximum 1.0 AOA Category 1-A credits. Credits commensurate with participation in the session will be awarded.
