Objectives:
1. Describe the mission of the Overdose Response Strategy and the role public health and public
safety play in addressing overdoses and preventing substance use
2. Identify the positive impacts of collaboration between sectors on intervention effectiveness and
sustainability
3. Report what substances are in the current drug supply in Maine and list any emerging threats
This session is accredited for a maximum of 1.0 AOA Category 1-A credits and The Prescribing of Controlled Substances. Credits commensurate with participation in the session will be awarded.
