Objectives– Following this lecture participants will be able to:
1. Participants will be able to describe lessons learned from screening patients for SDOH (social determinants of health) and referring them for services

3. Participants will be able to describe an effective approach to implementing a full approach to SDOH screening and referral
This session is accredited for a maximum of 1.0 AOA Category 1-A credits. Credits commensurate with participation in the session will be awarded.
