Navigating Lawsuits and the Courtroom: Perspectives and Lessons Learned for Future Expert Witnesses and Defendants

Learning Objectives:

  1. Recall strategies and phrases for avoiding pitfalls or traps during depositions and cross-examination
  2. Recall tips for successful witnessing and testimony
  3. Recall the process(es) and mechanics of rendering expert opinions
  4. List Pros and Cons of being an expert witness
  5. Recall common reasons for infection and/or antimicrobial related lawsuits
  6. 5 do’s and don'ts if sued

This session is accredited for a maximum of 1.0 AOA Category 1-A credits. Credits commensurate with participation in the session will be awarded.
