This lecture will provide an update on the prevention of litigation and review of ethical decisions in medicine that have come to the forefront in the Covid-19 pandemic. This will help physicians understand the impact of the pandemic on the way medicine is practiced and how telemedicine can change some of the ethical and malpractice issues that we face as physicians.
