Presentation Title: Lecture & Lab OMM Techniques for Respiratory & Lymphatic Systems   Donald Hankinson, DO  

Session Objectives:  1. Participants will understand the important structural and physiologic factors to consider when they are managing patients with immune and/or respiratory dysfunction.

2. Participants will understand the Principle that somatic dysfunctions of the Abdominal Diaphragm, Rib Cage, and Sternum play a crucial role in Respiratory conditions and will be able to employ Osteopathic Practices to address these dysfunctions.

3. Participants will also understand the Principle that somatic dysfunctions of the Abdominal Diaphragm, Rib Cage, and Sternum play a crucial role in Immune conditions and will be able to employ an Osteopathic Lymphatic procedure taught by Dr Sutherland that is easier to employ in the majority of patients, especially those who are hospitalized, and often has a greater efficacy than the classic Miller technique.
