 1. Be introduced to the concept of structural racism and obtain vocabulary to discuss how racism and racist policies stem from a complex system of social and political structures.     
 2. Identify some components of structural racism within medicine, medical education, Osteopathic Professional Organizations, and our own practice sites.               
 3.  Identify and practice using resources to support the creation of an inclusive, diverse, and anti-racist culture in our workplaces, profession, and world.
