Session Objectives: 

1. Review payment models available to independent medical practices today.
2. Evaluate these for benefits/rewards for physicians and the patients they serve.
3. Provide examples of how these payment models function and how to effectively make changes that have desired impacts.

• The Maine Osteopathic Association designates this program for a maximum of 1.0 AOA Category 1-A credits and will report CME and specialty credits commensurate with the extent of the physician’s participation in this activity.
