Session Objectives: 

1. Improved patient participation and intervention ownership - with improved self-management skills at any age
2. Compliment any medical intervention so that providers move patients into a more respectful, shared, workable partnership process, diminishing only verticle medical responsibility.
3. Build a process of patient self awareness and improved self-managment practices as their years go by.

• The Maine Osteopathic Association designates this program for a maximum of .75 AOA Category 1-A credits and will report CME and specialty credits commensurate with the extent of the physician’s participation in this activity.
