Vacationland Vexes: Warm Weather Visits to the Emergency Department
Session Objectives:
- Identify commonly encountered warm weather conditions in New England warranting urgent or emergent evaluation and intervention
- Review up-to-date guidelines and recommendations for care
- Utilize current evidence to support data-driven decision-making
- Engage and employ available resources and established systems of care to ahcieve optimal patient outcomes
- The Maine Osteopathic Association designates this program for a maximum of 1.0 AOA Category 1-A credits and will report CME and specialty credits commensurate with the extent of the physician’s participation in this activity.
