Dr. Roth, a native of Fort Wayne, IN, has been practicing interventional pain management and physical medicine/rehabilitation since 2009. He did his undergraduate training at Indiana University in Bloomington.  He then went on to earn a master’s degree in science at Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN.  In 2005, Dr. Roth graduated from the Kansas City University College of Osteopathic Medicine (KCUCOM) in Kansas City, MO, with dual D.O. and M.B.A. degrees to be better prepared for the rapidly changing healthcare environment. After completing a traditional rotating internship with Michigan State University in 2006, Dr. Roth trained at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago (RIC), part of Northwestern University in Evanston, IL.  While in training at RIC, Dr. Roth became an expert in the performance of interventional spine procedures and the management of complex chronic pain conditions.  He focuses on interventional pain management with an emphasis on treating the patient as a whole person. He utilizes the most up-to-date, evidence-based medicine to achieve the desired outcomes for patients. He treats each patient as an individual, and has a comprehensive team of trusted nurses, behavioral therapists and physical therapists, who all work together to diminish the patient’s pain and focus on the patient's quality of life and function.
