1)  Update information about Covid-19 infections in pregnant and lactating women

2)  Review vaccination information about Covid-19 in pregnant and lactating women 

The Iowa Osteopathic Medical Association is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians and designates this program for a maximum of 0.5 AOA Category 1-A credits and will report CME and specialty credits commensurate with the extent of the physician's participation in this activity.

Kaaren R. Olesen, D.O. is a graduate of Des Moines University in Des Moines, Iowa.  She completed a rotating internship and OB/GYN residency at Genesys Regional Medical Center in Grand Blanc, Michigan.  She is board certified by the American Board of Osteopathic Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Dr. Olesen joined the medical staff at Broadlawn's Medical Center in October 2019. She is a staff physician in the OB/GYN Department. She is still accepting new patients and referrals.

Dr. Olesen has no actual or potential conflict of interest in relation to this program or presentation.
