Description

This Virtual OMT workshop will introduce you to the structural changes that occur to the female body during pregnancy and OMT that can be used to treat these somatic dysfunctions. Obviously, the best way to learn OMT is to put your hands-on patients and practice. I strongly encourage you to practice these techniques on your colleagues and your patients. We will introduce these techniques to you by discussing and watching the PROMOTE study which focuses on OMT during the third trimester of pregnancy and introducing you to my team’s research project which focuses on OMT during labor and delivery.
