Hillary Hopkins, MD
Hillary Hopkins completed her medical degree at the University of Missouri-Kansas City in 2005, graduating with a combined BA/MD. After graduation she did residency in family medicine at the Research Family Medicine Residency at Research Medical Center in Kansas City. She practiced primary care medicine in Summit County Colorado for three years prior to returning to Kansas City where she joined Leawood Family Care and ultimately became a partner in the practice. After practicing primary care for 12 years, she had the opportunity to transition into the field of wound care, and trained under Dr. Han Hulen in Dallas, Texas. In conjunction with the Dallas based company, Wound Integrity, Wound Evolution opened in November 2020. Dr. Hopkins practices full scope wound care, with hyperbaric oxygen therapy available soon.
