Woodwin Weeks, Do


Woodwin (Woody) Weeks, DO, is a 2010 graduate of NSU-KPCOM where he also completed a predoctoral fellowship in Osteopathic Principles and Practice. He went on to a complete Family Medicine Residency at Florida Hospital East Orlando where he served as Chief Resident.  After graduation, Dr. Weeks returned to his hometown of Moultrie, Georgia where he worked in private practice for 3 years. In 2016, Dr. Weeks joined the newly formed Georgia South Family Medicine Residency Program as Associate Program Director. He now serves as Chief Academic Officer for Georgia South Graduate Medical Education where he oversees both the Family Medicine program and newly accredited Psychiatry Residency. Additionally, he is involved in consulting work for forming and newly formed residency programs, and is a national speaker on topics ranging from DEI, Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine, and Graduate Medical Education.  When he isn’t busy at work, Dr. Weeks is busy with his 7 children and two grandchildren.
