Jeffrey Galles, DO Related Seminars and Products


Dr. Galles is a Board-Certified Internal Medicine Specialist and has been associated with Utica Park Clinic (UPC)- Since 1992.  He currently practices Internal Medical in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  In addition, he has served as the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) at Utica Park Clinic since 2003.  He oversees the UPC Quality Improvement and Patient Safety programs, UPC Employee Health, and a variety of other administrative functions.  Jeff holds a Bachelor's Degree in Science from the University of Oklahoma, as well as a Doctor of Osteopathy from OSU College of Osteopathic Medicine and Surgery.  After completing a traditional internship at Tulsa Regional Medical Center, he completed a residency in Internal Medicine at The University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics from 1989-1992.  He is married with 2 adult children who both graduated from the University of Oklahoma.  His interests include his family, fly fishing, photography, music, biking, natural gardening, and anything that involves the outdoors.

Glennda D. Tiller, DO, MEd, is from Oklahoma City, OK.  She was born and raised there graduating from Putnam City North High School.  She then attended Southwestern Oklahoma State University where she received a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and a Master of Education in Health Science and Microbiology.  She then went on achieve her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, graduating in 2017.  While at OSU-COM she was an OMM teaching assistant, Stress management leader, President of the ACOP student club and secretary of the AMWA student club.  After graduation she began her Family Medicine Residency at OSU in the OMECO program which she completed in June of 2020.  In residency, she was involved in the ACOFP Task Force on Teen Sexual Health, was a resident member of the OMECO resident council, went on to be the resident chair of the council and was one of the resident representatives for the OSU/OMECO GMEC. During her PGY-3 year, she was chief resident of the OMECO program with the primary responsibility for planning and coordinating the OSU and OMECO Family Medicine academic programming for the 2019-2020 academic year.  She then went on to join the faculty of the OSU Family Medicine program as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Family Medicine in July 2020.  She is married to her wonderful wife, Autumn, and together they have one 3-year-old son Dev.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, grilling and reading historical fiction.

Mary Gowin, PhD, MPH's Profile

Mary Gowin, PhD, MPH is an Associate Professor in the Department of Family and Preventive Medicine where she is the Director of the Primary Care Health Policy Division. She also holds an adjunct Assistant Professor appointment in the Department of Health Promotion Sciences in the Hudson College of Public Health at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center (OUHSC). Mary was raised in rural Oklahoma and has dedicated her career to working with rural and underserved communities to improve the health of Oklahomans. Her research is centered at the intersection of public health and primary care with a focus on social determinants of health and in particular healthcare access and quality. She is currently working on projects focused on increasing primary care access and quality for tribal, rural, and medically underserved communities in Oklahoma (TRU-OK) and increasing contraceptive access for underserved communities through a policy and workforce development program.
