An Osteopathic Approach to Pediatric Sleep Apnea

Learning Objectives

At the completion of this educational activity, participants will:

1. Better understand sleep apnea in the pediatric population.
2. Better understand treatment options for sleep apnea.
3. Recommend life style changes and apply OMT as part of the treatment plan. Understand OMT techniques focused on obstructive sleep apnea.

Accreditation Statement:

The New York State Osteopathic Medical Society (NYSOMS)  is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians. NYSOMS designates this program for a maximum of 1 AOA Category 1A CME credits and will report CME credits commensurate with the extent of the physician’s participation.
