This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the American Osteopathic Association (AOA). The Ohio Osteopathic Foundation (OOF) is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians.

Daniel Krajcik is a family physician at the Cleveland Clinic where he practices full-spectrum primary care. He completed his undergraduate medical education at The Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine and obtained a Master of Business Administration during this time.
He is Core Faculty at the Cleveland Clinic Family Medicine Residency where he helps coordinate the osteopathic and business curricula. He also spends much of his week teaching students from OUHCOM, Case Western Reserve, and Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine.
Kristin Oaks is a mother of 5 and a veteran of the U.S. Navy. She is a graduate of The Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine and has over 19 years of experience in clinical leadership with a systems- based healthcare approach. She is an animal lover with 4 dogs and 6 backyard chickens.
Sean Johnson is a Family Medicine physician board certified in Family Medicine and OMT. He graduated from the Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine, Carolinas Campus and completed his Family Medicine residency at Grandview Medical Center in Dayton, Ohio.
He is the recipient of the Outstanding Family Medicine award from Ohio University and was recently featured in US News and World Report from the American Osteopathic Foundation with the State Emerging Leader Award.
Sean lives in Tipp City with his wife and two sons.
