This session will be an engaging presentation fitted with information and insights that can be used immediately to decrease burnout. Dr Pam Laubscher shares openly how she burned out and bounced back from burnout. lncreasing self-care is what allowed her to bounce back from burnout and return to medicine 11 years after leaving family medicine. She has been back in practice for the last 16 years. Dr Laubscher will share real life examples of the Four Cs of bouncing back from burnout. The intention of the presentation is to save doctors time, money, heartbreak and distress so they can enjoy their career and enjoy their entire lives.

Pam Laubscher (Lob sure) DO practices osteopathic manipulation in Tucson, AZ. She has been in private practice since 2019 following decades of practicing family medicine and osteopathic manipulation in multi-specialty groups. Dr. Laubscher experienced burnout and left medicine for 11 years. She is passionate about doctor well-being and sharing how increasing self-care brought her back to medicine.
