Clinical Pearls on Successful Use & Management of Effective Contraceptives- Sharon Cathcart, DO

Understanding how to advise patients on the various types of effective hormonal and IUD contraceptives and handle some of the side effects.  Will discuss mechanisms of action of the various types of contraceptives.  Also, a brief US history of laws surrounding use and prescribing of contraceptives over the past 125 years.
