The Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons of Oregon is accredited by the American Osteopathic Association to provide osteopathic continuing medical education for physicians and designates this program for a maximum of 1.0 AOA Category 1-A credits and will report CME and specialty credits commensurate with the extent of the physician's participation in this activity.

Dr. Nicholas Jaszczak is an active duty US Army Trauma, Critical Care, and Acute Care Surgeon. He currently is working at Oregon Health & Science University (OHSU) through a military-civilian partnership. He has been at OHSU since 2018. He has experience working in a wide range of environments throughout the Middle East and Africa on multiple deployments. He is board certified in General Surgery and Surgical Critical Care by the American Board of Surgery. He completed his master's degree in 1996 at the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse. He received his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
