Dr. Ouyang grew up in Minnesota and went to University of Minnesota for engineering and medical school. Dr. Ouyang attended Brigham and Women's/Massachusetts General Hospital for residency and completed a MFM fellowship at Brigham and Women's. Since 2006, Dr. Ouyang has been part of the NorthShore MFM division after fellowship. Additionally, he is a Program Director of University of Chicago/NorthShore MFM Fellowship for past 7 years and a Board Examiner for Ob/gyn.
