First presented at the FOMA 2023 Virtual Seminar. FOMA is proud to present this On-Demand CME program as Dr. Leonard Hock uses his experience and knowledge on how to:-

  • Improve your prognostication skills. Just short of claiming you have a crystal ball.
  • Develop an understanding of prognosis that will equip you for improved communication options.
  • Be able to support your patients throughout their medical journey. Prognostic honesty provides planning opportunities. Not, “Why didn’t anyone tell us?”
  • Define the purpose and process for executing advance directives and identify the resources and tools available to assist patients in facilitating this process.

Dr. Leonard Hock, has no actual or potential conflict of interest in relation to this program or presentation.
