Description

At the completion of this presentation, participants will have a better understanding of: 
• Identifying risk factors for prolonged QT interval in patient case
•Utilizing a risk score calculator to categorize patient risk for QT interval prolongation
•Describing monitoring recommendations for patients at risk for QT interval prolongation
 
Grievance Policy
Program grievances will be presented to the Oklahoma Osteopathic Association Board of Trustees and dealt with appropriately. If this action did not resolve the problem to satisfaction, the person with the grievance will be directed to the American Osteopathic Association’s Division of Continuing Medical Education.

Crystal David, PharmD, BCPS Related Seminars and Products

Crystal David, PharmD, BCPS earned her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska in 2013. Following graduation, Dr. David performed her ambulatory care pharmacy residency at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. Board certified in pharmacology with an emphasis in family medicine, Hepatitis C, diabetes, ambulatory care and transitions of care, she has been a clinical pharmacist at OU’s Health Science Center, Cherokee Nation Health System, and the Oklahoma State University Medical Center. Along with being OSU Medical Center’s clinical pharmacist, Dr. David is a clinical assistant professor.
