Dr. Tamara Lyday is a board-certified osteopathic physician and the founder of The Lyday Center, where she specializes in complex chronic illness, environmental medicine, and functional medicine. After training and practicing in conventional medicine, Dr. Lyday’s own health journey through mold-related illness and chronic inflammatory conditions led her to expand her practice to address the root causes of disease.
She now blends her background in osteopathic principles with cutting-edge functional medicine, focusing on conditions such as mold toxicity, Lyme disease, mast cell activation, and chronic fatigue. Dr. Lyday is certified in the Shoemaker Protocol for CIRS (Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome) and integrates advanced therapies including ozone, peptide therapies, EBOO, and nutritional IV support. Dr. Lyday is passionate about bridging the gap between conventional and functional approaches. She regularly educates physicians on how environmental and lifestyle factors contribute to chronic, treatment-resistant conditions, and how a root-cause, systems-based approach can complement conventional care to improve outcomes.
