Dr. Andrea Wiens is a medical examiner for Pinal County, Arizona. She is board certified in Anatomic Pathology, Neuropathology, and Forensic Pathology by the American Board of Pathology. Dr. Wiens has extensive experience in forensic pathology and neuropathology and routinely performs postmortem examinations across the population spectrum. In her 11-year career, she has certified over 4,700 death records. Dr. Wiens is a teacher at heart and by training. She enormously enjoys learning and facilitating the learning of others. Her leisure time is spent with her fiancé, hiking, reading, and attending live music events.
