Heme/Onc in Primary Care

Learning Objectives:

• Recognize important Heme/Onc topics to enhance early detection, risk assessment, and management skills.
•  Improve communication channels and collaboration protocols are needed between PCPs and Heme/Onc specialists.
• Identify proper resource allocation to support effective Heme/Onc care, including dedicated time for consultations and access to supportive care services.
