Learning Objectives

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

1)  Differentiate between primary and secondary infertility.

2)  Understand different work ups for female and male infertility.

3)  Understand diagnosis and treatment of an anovulation.

4)  Understand when to use Clomid versus Letroze.

5)  Know when to refer to a reproductive endocrinologist.

Dr. Klivington graduated with a B.S. degree from Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA, double majoring in physiology and nutrition. She was a bench researcher and obtained her M.S. degree in molecular biology. She realized she could make more of a difference with hands on so obtained her D.O. degree from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences College of Osteopathic Medicine (KCUCOM) in Kansas City, MO. While in osteopathic medical school, she became moderator for Student Doctor Forum, a passion that she continues still. She completed her obstetrics/gynecology residency at Sinai Hospital in Baltimore, MD. Dr. Klivington is double board certified (allopathic and osteopathic) by ABOG and AOBOG. She has a passion for teaching and collaborates with American Board Review Company to give osteopathic ob/gyn board review webinars. In addition she lectures annually for the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians as well as lectures for osteopathic state medical societies in AZ, OK, MN, and WI. She is an ob/gyn specialist in Doltham, AL
