Dr. Mary Elizabeth (Beth) Lindsey is a distinguished Rheumatologist known for her unwavering dedication to patient care and extensive medical expertise. Certified in both Internal Medicine and Rheumatology by the American Osteopathic Association, Dr. Lindsey earned her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Her journey in medicine continued with a residency in Internal Medicine at Magnolia Regional Health Center in Corinth, followed by a Rheumatology Fellowship at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. Throughout her training, Dr. Lindsey’s research contributions were published in esteemed journals such as the American Journal of the Medical Sciences and the Journal of Clinical and Medical Case Reports. She also actively engaged in various medical symposiums and conferences, delivering presentations on diverse topics including autoimmune disorders and rheumatic diseases.
Dr. Lindsey’s exceptional clinical skills were recognized during her residency, earning her the prestigious Outpatient Clinician of the Year award for demonstrating exemplary patient care.
Actively engaged within her professional sphere, Dr. Lindsey maintains memberships in the American Osteopathic Association, American College of Rheumatology, and the Mississippi Osteopathic Medical Association. Her commitment extends to leadership roles as Treasurer for the Mississippi Arthritis and Rheumatism Society and as a member at large on the Executive Board of the Mississippi Osteopathic Medical Association.
