Learning Objectives

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

1)  Understand how to maintain the focus of their medical practices on improved patient care rather than malpractice defense.

2)  Understand how to structure their medical practices for lawsuit protection and prevention, and improve overall operations management of their medical practices.

3)  Understand how to protect practice and professional assets from lawsuits through risk management techniques, and improve and enhance fiscal efficiency.

4)  Understand basic practice management tools that can help increase practice revenue as well as decrease unnecessary loss of revenue, and improve and enhance fiscal efficiency.
