Dr. Kirstin Lloyd is a sleep medicine specialist and primary care physician practicing in Phoenix, AZ. She is affiliated with ArchWell Health and Empower Sleep. She received her medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin followed by residency training in combined Internal Medicine-Pediatrics at the University of Arizona in Phoenix, and fellowship training in Sleep Medicine at the University of Arizona in Tucson. She has been in practice over 7 years. Her current career interests involve blending comprehensive sleep care with a holistic primary care approach. She is passionate about changing people’s lives through the power of healthy sleep. Outside of her professional life, Dr. Lloyd enjoys traveling with her husband, cooking, and wood-working.
