Dr. Jeremiah Fairbanks is currently working as an addiction medicine fellow at the University of Minnesota. He graduated from Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his family medicine residency through the University of Minnesota Mankato location. Jeremiah will be finishing his fellowship 2021 and has plans to practice in the twin cities in both primary care and addiction medicine upon graduation.
