Learning Objectives:

  1. Identify impact of Opiod use on neonates
  2. Learn monitoring and treatment options for infants in withdrawal
  3. Identify ways to prepare pregnant women to care for their newborns with successful family outcomes.

Dr. Neff-Bulger attended the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she earned her degree in osteopathy. She completed her residency at Geisinger Medical Center. Dr. Neff-Bulger is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics.
