Pat Hogan is a neurologist in Tacoma focusing on the treatment of movement disorders and migraine.  He is the founder of Puget Sound Neurology integrative care center where treatment of patients follows the Osteopathic principles of a holistic comprehensive approach for each individual.  Pertinent to today’s topic is that he was the first person trained in Washington State to administer Botox injection therapy in 1990 that has developed into the highest use of all 4 types of botulinum toxins throughout the Northwest for the indications that he will discuss this morning.
