Andrew Slattengren, DO, joined University of Minnesota North Memorial Family Medicine Residency faculty in 2011 and is the Associate Program Director and Director of Osteopathic Education. Prior to that time, he served as faculty at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a founding board member and remains active with Family Medicine Midwest. Dr. Slattengren also serves on the board of the Minnesota Academy of Family Physicians and is the MAFP President.
