Objectives for Overview of the 2022 ACC/AHA Heart Failure Guidelines: 

  • Review the definition and stages of heart failure. 
  • Discuss the epidemiology and causes of heart failure.
  • Revise pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions for heart failure.

Noor Subah, MD Related Seminars and Products


Noor Subah, MD is Cardiology Fellow at MercyOne North Iowa in Mason City, Iowa. She completed her Internal Medicine Residency at UTMB in Galveston, TX and received a bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University and a medical degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine. Dr. Subah has been passionate about cardiology since she was in medical school when both of her parents experienced heart attacks eight months apart. She is a member of the American College of Cardiology, American Medical Association, and American College of Physicians. She was awarded the Health Sciences Center Endowed Scholarship as well as the Health Sciences Center President’s Medicine Scholarship during her time in medical school. Dr. Subah is certified with the American Board of Internal Medicine, ACLS, and BLS.

Dr. Subah strives to provide her community with the best patient care as well as develop meaningful connections with her patients. She believes that cardiology is a fundamental part of medicine, and she is honored to be a part of the field.
