Robert A. DiTomasso, PhD, ABPP, “Physician Wellness and Caring for Yourself During the COVID-19 Pandemic,” is dean of the School of Professional and Applied Psychology, professor of psychology and director of Institutional Outcomes Assessment at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM). A licensed psychologist in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, Dr. DiTomasso earned his undergraduate degree from La Salle University, his master’s degree from Villanova University, and his doctorate degree from the University of Pennsylvania. Board certified in clinical psychology, he has extensive experience in cognitive behavioral therapy for anxiety and stress-related disorders, medical education research and outcomes assessment, and psychological consultation in medical settings. is a fellow of the Academy of Clinical Psychology, a founding fellow of the Academy of Cognitive Therapy, and a fellow of the College of Physicians of Philadelphia.
