Dr. McKinney is a New York Native who has relocated from Charleston, West Virginia.  He completed General Surgery at St. Josephs Regional Medical Center, Paterson New Jersey, Plastic Surgery at St. Barnabas Medical Center in Bronx, New York, and Hand Surgery Fellowship at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, Jackson, Mississippi.  Dr. McKinney is board certified by the American College of Osteopathic Surgery in General Surgery and Plastic Surgery and by the American Osteopathic Board of Orthopedic Surgery in Hand Surgery 

He has recently joined Mississippi Premiere Plastic Surgery (Madison, Mississippi) following working at Charleston Area Medical Center where his main focus was on treatment of the traumatically injured upper extremity. 

His hospital affiliations include, St. Dominic’s Medical Center (Jackson, MS), Baptist Health Systems (Jackson, MS), Merit Medical Center (Jackson, MS) and the Veteran’s Administration Hospital (Jackson, MS).
