Learning objectives:

  • Evaluate at least 3 areas of liability exposure for physicians prescribing GLP-1s.
  • Assess and implement at least 3 strategies to reduce medical professional liability risk when prescribing GLP-1s.
  • Demonstrate a basic understanding of what types of claims are presently being asserted in GLP-1 lawsuits.
